Photography – May-July 2025

A few photos from my camping trip and onwards, during the early days of summer.

Nikon FM-2 & Kodak UltraMax 400 film, with some processing in darktable. I wanted to experiment a little with the white-border approach (lifted directly from others, I’ll cop to it), and it’s surprising and annoying how good it makes things look. Won’t necessarily do this every time, but it’s neat.

Stay tuned for an extra little something at the end.

While I was in darktable I thought, why not throw a monochrome filter on a few of these?

Turns out, it also looks really good.
